Als Senior Brand Building Manager voor Flexa ben je verantwoordelijk voor het merk en speel je een sleutelrol in het vertalen van strategie naar zichtbare impact in de Nederlandse markt voor het vlaggenschip binnen de consumentenverf: Flexa. Je werkt aan diverse concepten en kanalen en draagt actief bij aan het versterken van de merkpositie in Nederland.
Flexa is onderdeel van AkzoNobel wereldwijd marktleider in coatings. Het merk staat bekend om kleur innovatie en het ondersteunen van consumenten bij het maken van de juiste kleur- en productkeuzes. Flexa brengt kleur in de samenleving.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Verantwoordelijk voor het vlaggenschipmerk Flexa in Nederland en de uitvoering van de lokale strategie
Beheren en optimaliseren van het productportfolio (inclusief analyses en tail management)
Verantwoordelijk voor het lokale commercieel en operationeel jaarplan voor Flexa
Verantwoordelijk voor de lokale brand plan en product roadmap
Verantwoordelijk voor de lokale campagnes in nauwe samenwerking met de media collegas
Uitvoeren en analyseren van het prijsbeleid inclusief concurrentieanalyse
Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen op basis van onderzoek en vertalen naar concrete acties
Proactief monitoren van salesresultaten en campagnes en bijsturen waar nodig
Coördineren van productlanceringen (campagnes brochures website etc.)
Vertalen van globale richtlijnen naar de lokale markt en toepassen van best practices

Teamspeler met goede projectmanagement skills
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
