Doel van de functie
Als QC Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van coatings-tests volgens het inspectieplan. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de gestelde kwaliteitsnormen door het nauwkeurig testen en beoordelen van coating eigenschappen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Kwaliteit & uitvoering
- Uitspuiten van samples volgens vastgestelde procedures en testmethodes
- Voorbereiden van panelen en ondergronden voor testen
- Registreren van testresultaten en signaleren van afwijkingen
- Escaleren van kwaliteitsissues wanneer nodig
Apparatuur & werkomgeving
- Zorgdragen voor correcte staat en kalibratie van spuitapparatuur en spuitcabine
- Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud zoals vervangen van filters en onderdelen
Veiligheid
- Naleven van veiligheidsregels en procedures
- Actief herkennen en verminderen van risicos
- Collegas aanspreken op veilig gedrag
Samenwerking & verbetering
- Samenwerken met collegas om een constante output te waarborgen
- Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen veiligheid kwaliteit en efficiëntie
Zelfstandigheid in de rol
Binnen deze functie heb je ruimte om:
- Bijstellingen te doen op basis van viscositeit en dichtheid
- Onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit te voeren aan apparatuur
- Praktische verbeteringen door te voeren in het werkproces
