Role Overview

We are seeking a Dutchspeaking UX Designer with strong experience in user experience design user research and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate can confidently collaborate with crossfunctional teams conduct research and deliver highquality UX outputs while engaging stakeholders in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
  • Design intuitive usercentric experiences for digital products.
  • Translate business requirements into clear UX flows wireframes and prototypes.
  • Ensure designs align with usability standards and best practices.
User Research
  • Conduct user interviews surveys and usability testing.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in Dutch.
Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate effectively with business product and technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions gather requirements and align expectations.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly and confidently.
Required Skills & Competencies
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Strong background in User Research.
  • Excellent communication skills Dutch proficiency required.
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
