About AMS HUB

In the AMS HUB Marketing team we are responsible for operating Cotys Prestige portfolio of >20 fragrance make-up and skincare brands in >40 markets across EMEA through 20 independent distributors local affiliate team BENELUX and EComm pure players. We are a dynamic and international team of highly motivated marketeers and together with our colleagues from the broader AMS HUB organization we are shaping the future of our brands in markets with > 350 M consumers.

The team is based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Training
  
  

• Oversee the education of beauty advisor application creating content managing schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned projects
  
  

• Be responsible for the monthly tracking of competition activities online & offline
  
  

• Be responsible of the internal LMS (learning management system)
  
  

• Channel communication with markets
  
  

• Gather best practices across the region and lead the share and reapply
  
  

• Supporting in design delivery and animation of Regional training with markets
  
  

• Support the internal trainings and help educate the company on innovations and launches
  
  

• Help to plan and organize global seminars in Amsterdam or in the markets
  
  

Requirements

• Currently studying a degree in the fields of Business/Management/Economics/Marketing/Project Management.
  
  

• Full proficiency in English.
  
  

• Skilled on Microsoft Office especially with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Power Point.
  
  

• Interest in the Beauty industry and eComm/Digital.
  
  

• As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program.

Period

This internship is full-time (40 hours per week) for a duration of 6 months and starts from August/September 2026. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card.
