Job Summary
- Take over retain and further develop POLYTECHs established client base of surgeons clinics and hospitals throughout the Netherlands.
- Build trusted long-term partnerships with plastic surgeons breast surgeons clinics hospitals purchasing stakeholders and other relevant decision-makers.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan identify new business opportunities and systematically increase POLYTECHs market presence in the Netherlands.
- Provide approved product support and contribute to product launches workshops congresses educational activities and client-oriented events.
- Take ownership of your client portfolio sales pipeline and forecasts while collaborating with POLYTECHs international commercial and support teams.
- You have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration life sciences healthcare or a related relevant commercial experience will also be considered.
- You have several years of successful sales experience in medical devices surgical products healthcare or premium aesthetic products.
- You have strong experience in account management and new-business development; an established network in plastic surgery breast surgery aesthetic medicine or the Dutch hospital and clinic sector is an advantage.
- You communicate credibly with highly specialized clinical clientsand build sustainable relationships through professionalism reliability and strong interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate initiative entrepreneurial thinking and a structured data-driven approach.
- You are able to travel regularly throughout the Netherlands and internationally when required and have fully professional Dutch and strong working English.
