Tasks
1. Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
2. Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately by remote instruction and trouble shooting.
3. Help customers on product installation and operation.
4. Design product brochures operation manual manuals and videos.
5. Other work assigned by the leadership.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above majoring in power electronics electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred. Internship or part-time work is acceptable.
2. Willingness in after-sales or technical support work familiar with PV energy storage systems lithium battery inverters.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.
4. Valid driving license and business travels are required.
