Whatyouwilldo

Youtakeownershipoftechnicalprojectsfortheinstallationanddelivery of Triton on boardvessels.Youprepareandmanage projectplansalignrequirementswithcustomersandinternalteamsarrangetechnicalinput monitorprogressandmakesurethesystemcanbeinstalledsafelyandefficiently.

Yourprojectsarevaried.Onemomentyouarediscussingvesseldatanetworkinterfaces orinstallationrequirementswith engineering. The nextyouarealigningplanning scope budget or contract changes withcustomerssuppliersandcommercialcolleagues.Youarethepersonwhobringsstructurekeepsstakeholdersinformedandturnstechnicalcomplexityintoaworkableproject approach.

Yourmainresponsibilities

• Managetechnicalprojectsfromacceptancetodelivery.

• Create updateandmonitor projectplanswith newbuildproject managerscontractorsandotherstakeholders.

• Defineandoptimizeproject scope deliverables budgetsandplanningtogetherwithcustomersandcommercialcolleagues.

• Coordinatetheinformationcomponentsandresourcesneededforsuccessfulsysteminstallation.

• Stayin close contact withsupplierscustomers engineering salesandproject teams.

• Identifyrisks bottlenecksandimprovementopportunitiesandtake actionwhereneeded.

• Prepareprojectevaluationsandreport ontechnical financialandprocessperformance.

• Draftandmanage contractvariationswhenscope planning or deliverables change.

Whatyoubring

• A bachelors degree ina technical fieldsuch as Electrical Engineering Automation Maritime Technology Marine Engineering Mechatronics or Systems Engineering. Experience with ship systems industrialautomationor technical project delivery is a strong advantage not a must.

• Build strongrelationshipsaccrossdisciplines create alignment and trust

• 3to5yearsof experience in managingtechnicalprojects.

• Strong planningandorganizingskills withtheabilitytokeep complexprojectsmoving.

• A practicalcollaborativemindsetandthecuriositytolearnnewtechnicaltopics.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and Englishwith confidence and empathy able to translate complex matters into cleardecisions. You need to be able to influence without authority
