Riverflex is supporting a leading European retail group on a high-priority technology transformation. We are looking for an experienced Tech Transformation Manager to lead cross-European initiatives focused on infrastructure cloud networks and DevOps.
Youll work closely with senior tech leaders across multiple countries to drive alignment structure and delivery of foundational tech capabilities. This role is strategic operational and highly visibleideal for a strong transformation leader with deep tech fluency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end transformation delivery across European markets.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders including the C-level .
Oversee and align workstreams in infrastructure network cloud and DevOps.
Drive structure momentum and results in a complex multinational environment.
Job requirements
10 years experience in leading tech transformations in large organisations.
Strong understanding of infrastructure networks cloud and DevOps.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional change programmes.
Excellent stakeholder and programme leadership skills.
English required; Dutch is a plus.
