Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and talented Teamlead to join our team. This individual will lead the day to day activities within the department and monitors on pre determined KPIs and quality standards and steers where needed. Coordinate key aspects of people management activities. The role may cover and include inbound pick and pack (dangerous goods included) VALVAS activities replenishment and put away material handling outbound shipping return activities and SAP activities.

What Will You Do

• Plan allocate and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow across all operational areas
• Monitor and pre-determine KPIs and quality standards
• Have daily kick-off meetings with your team
• Actively support absenteeism management including preventive actions
• Substitute for the Supervisor when necessary
• Assist with the recruitment process for temp workers
• Support on Development & Performance management
• Initiates or address process improvements
• Conflict resolution: manage and resolve conflicts among team members
• Promote a positive and collaborative work culture
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Support training processes within the team
• Make sure all Quality documents are created and up-to-date and comply with procedures rules and regulations

Who You Are

• MBO-level 4 (Secondary vocational education) preferable (learning for) HBO Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience within Logistics with 2 years of experience in people management
• Fluent command in English both in writing and verbally
• Coaching and collaborative personality
• Leadership and Team management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and effective communication with stake holders which span across multiple levels socio-geographic areas and functional expertise
• Problem Solving Reliable and flexible

• Physically able to sit stand speak use hands reach with hands and arms see listen and type
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg
