Team Lead Operation Center

As Team Leader in the Operation Center you have a clear responsibility: to ensure that operations deliver every single day.

You lead the team in an operational environment where pace structure communication and decisiveness are essential. You ensure that the flow runs smoothly from Inbound to Loading and that the right priorities are set when circumstances change.

You work closely with the operation make decisions in the moment and ensure that plans become reality. You report to the Department Manager.

Team Management & DC Operations

• Lead motivate and develop your team of operational employees
• Ensure a safe and positive working environment
• Work with the Department Manager on personal development plans
• Provide clear structure regarding tasks responsibilities and expectations
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees
• Coordinate staffing resources across departments
• Resolve ad hoc operational challenges

Leadership & Culture

• Lead by example in everything you do
• Act as a leader coach and communicator
• Live and promote the JYSK Values: Tradesman Colleague and Corporate Spirit

Qualifications :

Who Are You

We expect you to have:

• Experience in operational logistics or warehouse operations
• Experience in workforce planning and daily operational management
• Leadership experience
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• A data-driven mindset

• A competitive salary in accordance with the Retail Non-Food Collective Labour Agreement (Home Furnishing) Salary Scale H ranging from 2.997 to 4219 gross per month depending on your knowledge and experience
