In this role youare responsible forstrengthening tax compliance while proactivelyadvising onglobal tax matters. Youoperateat a tactical and operational level with a strong focus on analysis policy development and stakeholder key responsibilities:

• DesignimplementmonitorandcontinuouslyimprovetheGlobalTax Control Framework ensuring effective controls and consistent application across entities

• Develop global tax policies andtake ownership for their practicalimplementationthereof

• Monitoranalyseand explain the Group Effective Tax Rate (ETR) includingvarianceanalysistranslateoutcomesintoclearmanagementinsightsandactivelyimprovetheETRprocess

• Review tax returns andsupporting documentationidentifyrisks and opportunities and ensuring follow-up actions

• Act as theglobal pointofcontact for VAT/GST-matters providing practicalguidance and support to local stakeholders worldwide

• ManageandmaintaintheTransfer Pricing frameworkensuringcorrectimplementation andcompliancerequirements are met;

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects providing tax advice and risk analyses

• Identifyanddriveprocessandtechnologyimprovementstoincreasetaxefficiency

• Ensure that applicabletax incentives are awarded for the company such as R&Dtax credits innovationboxand investmentsincentives;

• Working closely together with the business units financelegal department taxauthoritiesand external tax advisors;

• Support and manage other diverse tax projects on an ad hoc basis.

You will be part of the global tax function and report to the Global Tax Manager. You will closely collaborate with teams across Finance Operations Business Control Data & Analytics and external advisors. The role is global in scope requiring frequent interaction with international stakeholders across time zones in a dynamic hybrid work environment.

What you bring as afuturecolleague

• AMastersrelevant degree ( Law or Tax Economics)

• 6years of relevant experience in international tax (corporate tax and/or VAT/GST)

• Solid knowledge of global tax compliance and regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to advise stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear actions

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• A proactive collaborative mindset with the ability tooperatein an international environment
