As aTalent Attraction Specialist youll play a key role in driving Amoria Bonds internal growth by:

• Becoming amarket expertand building a diverse talent pipeline.
• Identifying engaging and assessing top talent
• Providing strategic updates and market insights and act as talent advisors to the business
• Delivering anexceptional candidate experiencefrom first contact to offer.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent inEnglish(required) as well as either German or Dutch
• Relevant degree or professional experience in recruitment HR or business.
• Motivated adaptable and proactive in a constantly evolving environment.
