Job Description:
Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE) team in the Netherlands. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who wants to grow and make an impact in a supportive international environment.
In this role youll work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to help find and hire great people across the Netherlands and beyond.

What youll do:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all professional positions from initial outreach to interview and final offer
Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn and Workday to build and manage unique candidate pipelines
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process obsessing over every detail to create a magical journey
Data Management: Maintain data integrity proactively share updates with all stakeholders and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process
Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers establishing timelines milestones and expected outcomes.
Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy
About you:
Experience: You have at least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing scheduling interviewing recruitment marketing and pipeline management
Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn applicant tracking systems (ATS) - (Workday knowledge is a bonus) data management/reporting tools and workplace collaboration tools
Partnership Skills: You are enthusiastic and confident in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
Passion for Innovation: You have a strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires
Fluency in both English and Dutch is required; additional language skills in French or Italian are a strong advantage
This is a fixed-term role with the opportunity to become permanent. The position is based at ourfacility in Eindhoven (ACHTSEWEG NOORD 14 5651 GG EINDHOVEN Netherlands).
