Nike Direct Merch Operations Specialist

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations team and report to the 3PP Merchandising Operations Manager. You will work closely with the Nike Stores (Digital NSO and NVS) Merchandising team for your assigned segment and collaborate daily with cross-functional partners including Nike Global Vendors Merchandising Planning Supply Chain Commerce Allocation and Liquidation

We are looking for a Nike Direct Merchandising Operations Specialist to join our dynamic fastpaced Operations 3PP team based at Nikes European Headquarters in the Netherlands.

Third-Party Products (3PP) are products created and supplied by external vendors that are sold through Nike Direct channels and Nike Marketplace Partner (NMP) channels.

As 3PP continues to expand within Nike Direct this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both operational excellence and process evolution. You will work closely with internal Nike teams and external partners to support the successful execution of 3PP activations while helping identify opportunities to improve and scale the ways of working that support this growing business

This role is key to ensuring the seamless execution of seasonal assortments across all Nike Direct channels. The Specialist supports daytoday operational execution to ensure timely and highquality delivery while also contributing to projects related to the tools and systems used by the addition the role partners closely with external vendors to support the inclusion of thirdparty product assortments in the seasonal buy.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

You will support the operational execution of Nikes seasonal assortments across Nike Direct channels (Digital NSO and NVS). Working closely with Merchandising Planning and crossfunctional partners you will help coordinate buying and trading activities maintain operational tools and ensure the right product reaches the right consumer at the right time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the operational execution of seasonal assortment plans across Nike Direct channels
• Coordinating daytoday merchandising operations with Merchandising Planning and crossfunctional teams
• Maintaining and managing merchandising tools systems and operational data accuracy
• Supporting buying and trading processes to ensure timely and accurate product availability
• Monitoring execution across channels to ensure consistency and operational excellence
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows
• Contributing to projects that enhance tools systems and merchandising operations capabilities
