About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll identify engage and secure the exceptional talent Dyson needs to keep moving forward. Based in the Netherlands youll partner closely with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing screening interview coordination and offer management with a clear focus on pace quality and candidate experience.

This is a consultative role. Youll advise the business challenge where needed share best practice and build sourcing strategies that reach exceptional talent in competitive markets.

Your focus will be hiring into our Market teams across functions including sales marketing e-commerce retail supply chain and finance. This role will directly support Dysons growth across key European markets by building the teams behind our commercial performance.

Strong relationships will be central to your success. Youll work with business leaders; guide hiring teams through effective selection decisions and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. Your market insight will help ensure Dysons hiring remains compliant competitive and built for the future.

About you

• At least four years experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment ideally within a fast-paced high-growth environment
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through to interview management and offers
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities move quickly and maintain attention to detail
• Experience using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools including an ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and ideally Workday
• Comfortable using recruitment data to identify trends inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes with exposure to tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• A proactive energetic recruiter with sound judgement resilience and a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
• Fluent English is required; fluency in a second European language would be an advantage

At Dyson in the Netherlands all new joiners start on a fixed-term contract with the intention to move to a permanent contract after the first year.
