WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Supply Chain Lead is a key role within Nikes Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) responsible for both tactical and strategic order book execution for assigned partners. The role requires strong account management and commercial acumen to drive efficient operations and sustainable growth. The Supply Chain Lead serves as a primary supply chain representative for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to the implementation of advanced supply chain concepts. This role is accountable for short- and long-term supply chain performance and delivery against operational KPIs (Service Convenience Sustainability and Profitability).
You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
Proven experience in Supply Chain and partner retail or commercial environments
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate business goals into clear actions
Proactive self-starter with a track record in driving process improvements and a curiosity-driven mindset
Experience working cross-functionally fostering effective communication and collaboration
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will own day-to-day and seasonal supply chain performance across your portfolio or strategic partner. You will act as the bridge between partner needs commercial priorities and operational execution. You will drive clarity service and efficiency across order book management delivery launch readiness and partner integrationdelivering the Nike Service experience aligned with the Service Model Differentiation framework.
Role Accountabilities
Lead supply chain performance management with partners including target setting order book reviews delivery tracking launch readiness and business review preparation
Translate marketplace and partner demand into operational priorities across Logistics Planning Merchandising Commercial and cross-functional teams
Represent supply chain in partner and internal forums ensuring risks constraints opportunities and decisions are clearly communicated and acted upon
Monitor availability order book health service levels consumer promise working capital logistics efficiency and cost-to-serve; identify root causes and drive corrective actions
Build strong operational relationships with marketplace partners and internal teams aligning on service expectations and growth opportunities
Lead initiatives that improve responsiveness simplify processes and enable automation including partner integration and system improvements
Translate opportunities into end-to-end supply chain improvement projects and operating model enhancements
Contribute to broader Marketplace Supply Chain transformation by sharing insights and scaling best practices across EMEA partners
