As a Supply Chain Development Regional Manager you will work at the intersection of supply chain consulting solution design analytics and commercial strategy helping some of Maersks largest and most strategic customers solve complex supply chain challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.

This is a highly visible customer-facing role where you will engage with senior supply chain logistics procurement and business leaders to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency resilience sustainability and competitive advantage.

What Youll Do

• Partner with strategic customers to understand supply chain challenges opportunities and transformation priorities.
• Design innovative end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions across transportation warehousing distribution e-commerce and 4PL services.
• Lead supply chain analysis business case development and value proposition design to support major commercial pursuits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders helping shape high-value growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across commercial product and operations teams to deliver compelling customer solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership best practices and capability development within Maersks global Supply Chain Development community.

You will bring:

• Experience in supply chain management logistics consulting operations or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases value propositions and customer-focused solutions.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across complex matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
• A degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field. An MBA or advanced supply chain qualification is advantageous.
