Student, Procurement (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Support the Procurement team in day-to-day sourcing and purchasing activities across different indirect spend categories.
• Conduct market and supplier research and help identify potential suppliers for upcoming sourcing activities.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of supplier offers tenders and commercial comparisons.
• Analyze procurement data and help identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Assist with supplier communication documentation contract administration and maintaining accurate procurement data.
• Contribute to procurement projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders from different departments.
• Help improve and standardize procurement processes tools and documentation.

Qualifications :

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree ideally in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Procurement Economics or a related field.
• You are interested in procurement purchasing supply chain and commercial topics and are eager to gain practical experience alongside your studies.
• You enjoy working with data and have good knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
• You have a structured and reliable way of working and pay attention to detail.
• You are proactive curious and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating in an international environment.
• You communicate confidently in English; German or Dutch language skills are a plus.
