Job Summary

As a STIBO (STEP) Developer you will:

Design configure and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using the STIBO STEP platform.
Configure workflows business rules user interfaces and data models for product customer and supplier master data.
Develop JavaScript-based business rules and workflow extensions to automate data governance validation and business processes.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs XML JSON and ETL tools.
Implement data quality governance and validation frameworks to ensure accurate and consistent master data.
Troubleshoot production issues optimize platform performance and support system upgrades and enhancements.

What You Bring to the Table:

6 years of experience in STIBO STEP Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) development.
Hands-on experience configuring STIBO STEP workflows business rules data models and user interfaces.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript for business rule development and workflow automation.
Experience building integrations using REST APIs SOAP services XML JSON and ETL technologies.
Solid understanding of data governance data quality and master data management best practices.
Experience troubleshooting performance tuning and supporting enterprise MDM/PIM environments.

You should possess the ability to:

Configure and customize STIBO STEP to meet business and data governance requirements.
Develop scalable automation and validation rules using JavaScript.
Design and implement secure reliable integrations with enterprise systems.
Analyze data quality issues and implement effective remediation strategies.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and optimize application performance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality master data solutions.
