Location: Delft The Netherlands

Support the CHRO with a variety of tasks as well as the COE Talent & Culture especially around leadership topics. This is a development role for a talent that has the potential and ambition for accelerated growth further in HR.

Your key responsibilities

Support the CHRO with a variety of tasks like making presentations for senior management
Support the roll out and activation of our new leadership values
Coordinate global leadership trainings and programs (planning scheduling participant tracking logistics materials).
Support measurement feedback collection and follow up actions linked to leadership programs.
Project Management mostly around leadership topics ensuring timelines milestones and deliverables are met.
