We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect specializing in Enterprise WiFi (WiFi 6/6E/7) and Private 5G network architecture. This role requires deep technical leadership across RF design wireless optimization Private 5G endtoend architecture and secure wireless integration with enterprise and industrial environments. You will define architecture standards lead PoCs support Industry 4.0 initiatives and provide L3/L4 expertise for complex wireless deployments.
- Enterprise WiFi Architecture: Design and architect WiFi 6/6E/7 solutions including RF planning site surveys capacity planning and wireless performance optimization.
- Private 5G Architecture: Design endtoend Private 5G networks covering RAN Core Transport and Edge components.
- Architecture Documentation: Develop HighLevel Designs (HLD) LowLevel Designs (LLD) and enterprise wireless architecture standards.
- Secure Wireless Design: Define secure wireless solutions using WPA3 802.1X NAC Zero Trust and enterprise security frameworks.
- Integration & Interoperability: Integrate WiFi and Private 5G with LAN WAN SDWAN cloud platforms and enterprise network ecosystems.
- Technology Evaluation & PoCs: Lead solution assessments vendor evaluations and Proof of Concepts for emerging wireless technologies.
- Enterprise & Industrial Deployments: Provide architectural guidance for largescale enterprise campus and industrial wireless deployments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide L3/L4 support for complex wireless issues ensuring resilience scalability and performance.
- Industry 4.0 & IoT: Support smart factory industrial automation and IoT connectivity initiatives.
