Software Commissioning & Planning Team Leader

Location: Lichtenvoorde Netherlands (Minimum 3 days in LCV office preferably more; up to 20% travel)

Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for field service and operational excellence

We are looking for a Team Lead Commissioning & Planning to lead a dynamic Field Service team of 10 Commissioning Engineers (located in NL Denmark Spain and the US) focused on the software implementation and testing of the delivered installations at our customers locations (globally). Youll guide and support your team in delivering high-quality service and execution.

What youll be doing

• Ensure all work orders are delivered on time and within budget with complete reporting.
• Collaborate with other teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Act as a sparring partner for field service scheduling business and technical support.
• Monitor team performance and utilization using KPIs for benchmarking.
• Mentor employees and encourage skill development.
• Conduct regular appraisals and performance meetings.
• Manage recruitment onboarding training and development.
• Optimize Field Service activities in close cooperation with management.

What kind of a person are you

• Degree in Mechatronics Electrical or Software Engineering (or similar knowledge level).
• Strong field service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Affinity with people management.
• Analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in multicultural multidisciplinary teams is an advantage.
