• collaborate with an international team of engineers AI specialists and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions for tax and legal professionals 

• translate new ideas into working prototypes that demonstrate how emerging technologies can create business value 

• develop prototypes into well-tested reliable secure and performant C#/.NET software systems 

• integrate AI capabilities APIs data sources and enterprise platforms into scalable software applications 

• maintain high code quality through automated testing peer reviews documentation and continuous improvement of development practices 

• monitor troubleshoot and improve production solutions to ensure stability usability and long-term maintainability 

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who is a quick and creative thinker and is teeming with ideas. If you can quickly turn an idea into a prototype and then a successful prototype into a system we are looking for you. You need the following qualifications for the position of .NET AI Software Engineer: 

• strong object-oriented programming skills and hands-on experience with C#  

• solid software engineering experience including APIs databases automated testing code reviews and Agile/Scrum delivery 

• practical experience integrating AI capabilities into software products such as LLMs Azure AI services RAG or prompt-based workflows 

• experience building secure scalable and maintainable applications using cloud platforms CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices 

• the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and turn business needs into pragmatic engineering solutions
