At Aquablu were disrupting the marketplace with a revolutionary (flavored) hydration system. Brought to life in 2018 our founders Marnix and Marc promised a healthy but tasty alternative to soft drinks. Since launching our flagship system Aquablu REFILL in 2023 weve grown 300% year-over-year expanded to 16 countries and were named the Fastest Growing Tech Company in Health & Wellness in the Netherlands.

About the Role

As our Social Media Intern youll own the day-to-day of Aquablus organic social channels creating and publishing content that grows a brand at the intersection of B2B and B2C. You wont do it alone: youll learn the strategy of content marketing reporting directly to our experienced Content Manager work hands-on with a talented videographer and sharpen your creative eye as guided by our Art Director. This is an opportunity for real ownership real mentorship and a clear path to building well-rounded content and brand skills.

What Youll Do

  • Contribute ideas to the social content calendar and help plan upcoming posts with the Content Manager

  • Draft post copy and create or select supporting visuals photos carousels and simple short-form video edits from existing footage in line with brand guidelines

  • Schedule publish and monitor daily posts across platforms (Instagram LinkedIn TikTok)

  • Manage the community: respond to comments and direct messages and actively engage with followers

  • Adapt and repurpose existing video and brand assets into platform-native content

  • Track performance (reach engagement follower growth) and report on results

  • Support campaigns and product launches alongside the Content Manager and videographer

  • Stay on top of social trends and suggest new content ideas and formats

What Youll Bring (Must-Have)

You understand the Aquablu brand and can flex your voice across platforms: the trend-driven world of Instagram and TikTok and the credible professional tone of LinkedIn where we speak to facility managers and an office-based audience. The thread connecting them is a belief that B2B doesnt have to be dry. You bring the engagement and cultural relevance of B2C into the way we talk to business buyers blending both sets of principles while always staying true to the Aquablu tone of voice. Youre interested in how lifestyle brands build aspiration and loyalty and you understand that the B2B buyer wants the same emotional payoff in a different register. You know how to shift your tone accordingly.

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in marketing communications media or a related field

  • Strong written communication in English with the ability to write for different audiences and tones (B2C and B2B/professional)

  • Solid working knowledge of Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok and how content performs on each

  • Able to edit photos and assemble simple short-form video using accessible tools (e.g. Canva CapCut)

  • A good creative eye attention to detail and respect for brand consistency

  • Organized and reliable able to follow a posting schedule and meet deadlines

  • Proactive eager to learn and open to feedback and direction

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience running social channels for a brand student org or personal project with a real audience

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Later Buffer Meta Business Suite)

  • Ability to read social analytics and draw simple insights

  • More advanced video editing (e.g. Premiere) or basic photography skills

  • A strong sense for current trends formats and platform culture

  • Genuine interest in lifestyle and consumer brands and how they build aspiration and community

  • Dutch language skills

  • Interest in or exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing
