We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to own delivery coordination for a highperformance hub supporting enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. Acting as the single point of contact for the Architect you will manage resourcing scheduling escalations SLA adherence and utilization reporting. This role requires strong project delivery capability deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and proven experience driving Agile execution across multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure smooth onboarding of new resources manage risks and issues and uphold delivery KPIs across ITSM and DevSecOps metrics.

• Own endtoend delivery coordination for the hub.
• Act as the single point of contact for the Architect for resourcing scheduling and escalations.
• Ensure SLA adherence utilization reporting and delivery KPI tracking.
• Manage risks issues and dependencies across ServiceNow workstreams.

• Lead Agile delivery execution across sprints and releases.
• Manage capacity planning sprint planning and backlog governance.
• Support crossfunctional teams in delivering highquality ServiceNow solutions.

• Scope and coordinate ServiceNow project delivery activities.
• Work with ServiceNow PPM PMO and reporting tools.
• Support delivery across ITAM ITOM CSM and NowAssist (preferred).

• Handle escalations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate onboarding for new TCS resources.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure alignment across architects developers testers and business teams.

• ServiceNow project delivery scoping & coordination.
• Risk & issue management.
• Agile delivery execution (Scrum).
• Capacity planning sprint planning backlog management.
• ServiceNow PPM PMO and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM ITOM CSM; NowAssist preferred.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• CSA Certified System Administrator (preferred).
• Agile certification (Scrum Master PMIACP SAFe etc.).

• Escalation handling & conflict resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
