ServiceNow Integration Developer Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integration Developer / Architect to design and lead complex integrations between ServiceNow and multiple enterprise source systems.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow integration architecture CMDB CSDM ITOM Event Management APIs IntegrationHub Import Sets and MID Server patterns. You will work closely with onshore architects process leads platform owners infrastructure teams and offshore development teams to deliver secure scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

• Own the architecture and technical design approach for integrations between enterprise source systems and ServiceNow.
• Define the end-to-end integration strategy for data ingestion from platforms such as:
  • Splunk
  • Zabbix
  • Flexera
  • SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • NetBox
  • Datadog
  • Active Directory
  • VMware vCenter
  • Azure
• Design integration patterns supporting CMDB asset management event management monitoring discovery and operational use cases.
• Define source-system responsibilities data ownership target CI models reconciliation logic and transformation standards.
• Design secure scalable and maintainable integration flows including:
  • Authentication
  • Credential management
  • Scheduling
  • Retry handling
  • Error management
  • Logging
  • Monitoring and observability
• Guide developers on implementation standards for:
  • REST APIs
  • Web services
  • Import Sets
  • Transform Maps
  • IntegrationHub
  • Scripted integrations
  • MID Server
• Establish data mapping payload transformation data quality normalization and duplicate-prevention standards.
• Ensure integration designs support appropriate rights separation data segregation and controlled access.
• Assess source-data quality and completeness and identify remediation requirements.
• Ensure integrations are optimized for performance reliability supportability and long-term maintenance.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform owners infrastructure teams architects and business stakeholders.
• Work independently in an offshore capacity while maintaining effective collaboration with onshore teams.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout implementation testing deployment and operational run phases.

• 810 years of relevant IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow integration and architecture experience.
• Deep experience designing integrations between ServiceNow and multiple enterprise source systems.

• Experience within telecom utilities critical infrastructure or other complex enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating event monitoring and observability platforms into ServiceNow Event Management or CMDB.
• Knowledge of OT network asset structures and service-impact relationships.
• Experience with ServiceNow Domain Separation.
• Strong knowledge of ACL design and environment-specific access restrictions.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS CMDB
  • CIS ITSM
  • IntegrationHub-related certifications

EU citizenship or a minimum of 7 years of residence within the EU is required.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the required right-to-work/residency status when requested.

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow Integration Developer / Architect with extensive experience designing enterprise-scale integrations. You should have a strong understanding of how operational monitoring asset and infrastructure data is brought into ServiceNow and transformed into reliable governed CMDB and ITOM data.

You should be equally comfortable defining the architecture establishing integration standards guiding developers troubleshooting complex integration issues and collaborating with distributed technical teams.
