We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD Employee Center Pro Service Portal development custom widgets and HR integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and developing scalable ServiceNow HR solutions working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions from design through implementation.

• Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow HRSD.
• Work extensively with Employee Center Pro.
• Customize ServiceNow portals to meet business and user requirements.
• Develop and maintain HR service-related functionality and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD application issues.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow custom widgets.
• Work with:

  • ServiceNow scripting
• Customize portal components and user experiences.
• Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with ServiceNow development standards.

• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues.
• Validate data exchanged between ServiceNow and external applications.

• Support Knowledge Article migration activities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks following migration.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or migration issues.

• Contribute to modern ServiceNow user experiences using UI Builder.
• Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow configuration and development best practices.

• 810 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong experience with Employee Center Pro.
• Extensive experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow Portals.
• Hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow custom widgets.
• Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript AngularJS and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience developing and supporting HR integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Knowledge Article migration and data validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and development best practices.
• Ability to take ownership of solutions from requirements through delivery.

• Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Experience delivering HRSD solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and HR teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive and self-driven approach to development and delivery.
