Senior UX Designer

As a UX Designer you will shape digital experiences for enterprise software used by customers around the will translate user needs and complex business challenges into clear intuitive and engaging product experiences while exploring how AIenabled capabilities can make workflows smarter moretransparentand easier to use.
You will work closely with customers product managers product owners developers architects and fellow UX designers. Through customer interviews research workshops and usability testing you will help ensure that design decisions are grounded in real user needs and aligned withPlanonsUX standards.

What we can challenge you with:

• Research user needs through customer interviews stakeholder conversationsworkshopsand usability testing then translate insights into clear design direction.
• Create customer journeys personas workflows wireframes prototypes andhighfidelitydesigns that simplify complex enterprise software experiences.
• Design intuitiveaccessibleand visually consistent user experiences for B2B software with attention to usability interactionpatternsand WCAG principles.
• Collaborate with Product Management Product Owners Development Architecture and UX colleagues to move concepts from discovery through implementation.
• Validate and improve product concepts through iterative testingfeedbackand datainformed design decisions.
• Contribute toPlanonsdesign system UX standards and crossdomain design consistency.
• ExploreAIenabledproduct experiences such as recommendations automation conversationalinterfacesand decisionsupport features ensuring theyremaintransparenttrustworthyand easy to understand.

You combine user empathy with structured design thinking and the ability to work confidently with technical and product stakeholders. You communicate clearly collaborateproactivelyand are comfortable turning complex workflows into simple usable digital experiences.
This role is a great fit if:

• You havea minimumof5years of UX design experience ideally with B2B softwareSaaSor enterprise applications.
• You can independently conduct user researchidentifyuserneedsand translate findings into practical design solutions.
• You are experienced in creating customer journeys workflows wireframes prototypes visualdesignsandhigh-fidelitydesigns preferably using Figma or similar tools.
• You understand usability accessibility WCAG and interaction design principles and apply them in day-to-day design decisions.
• You communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders and can explain design choices in a clear structured way.
• You are fluent in English. Dutch language skills are a plus where relevant for customer or local stakeholder interaction.
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates UX projects designthinkingand your ability to solve complex user problems.
• A relevantBachelors or Mastersdegree HTML/CSS understanding or experience with AI-enabled UX is consideredadvantageous.

Salary range:gross per month depending on experience.
This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role based onobjectiverole-relatedcriteria. The total compensation package includes variable compensation andadditionalbenefits.
