About The Role

We are looking for a talented Sr trade activation executive to join the fastest growing e-Commerce market in Dyson Central and Eastern Europe (8 DTC Websites). You will be tasked with supporting the Trade activation manager to deliver the direct websites content roadmap. As our Sr trade activation executive you will own the content on DTC websites acting as the guardian of Dyson brand representation and activating conversion drivers to support the commercial ambition.

This role is pivotal to supporting ambition within the CEE business so you must be a clear and effective co-ordinator project manager and a team with a cross functional team in CEE the Netherlands (EMEA hub) and with UK based Group (Global) functions your performance will be based on delivering against our local e-Commerce trading strategy.

Content Project Management

• Maintain content calander in alignment with the trading plan NPD launches conversion drivers and media plans
• Manage the content briefs with external agencies who support in content execution
• Manage translation SLAs with external agencies
• Manage prioritation with the external agencies to ensure timely execution of commercial priorities
• Act as the guardians of DTC Dyson websites ensuring A content execution correct pricing and merchandising adhering to brand guidelines

Website Merchandising & Trading

• Manage the day-to-day merchandising across 8 Dyson websites ensuring products and campaigns are prominently featured.
• Build and maintain homepage category pages landing pages and promotional pages.
• Execute trading calendars seasonal campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
• Ensure product positioning aligns with commercial priorities and business objectives.
• Monitor product availability and liaise with relevant teams to minimize customer disruption.
• Support pricing promotional and inventory updates across the website.

Customer Journey Optimization

• Continuously review website performance and identify opportunities to improve navigation engagement and conversion.
• Monitor key customer journeys and implement enhancements to reduce friction points.
• Ensure website merchandising supports both acquisition and conversion objectives.
• Benchmark with other best in class websites to identify new lift and shift opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• 23 years experience in e-commerce digital merchandising content management or online trading.
• Highly preferred language expertise RO HU
• Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms Experience on Magento is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
• Good understanding of online customer journeys and conversion optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
