Senior Test Lead

As a Senior Test Lead you will: Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple workstreams and parallel project initiatives. Develop comprehensive test strategies test plans and execution roadmaps aligned with program objectives. Coordinate testing activities across business teams development teams vendors and external stakeholders. Ensure test environments test data and testing tools are available and ready to support successful execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. Manage Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) phases ensuring quality and timely delivery. Oversee test execution monitor progress track defects and drive resolution efforts with relevant teams. Facilitate daily testing status meetings defect triage sessions and stakeholder updates. Ensure adequate test coverage adherence to testing standards and compliance with established testing methodologies. Prepare test reports risk assessments phase-end summaries and provide recommendations for go/no-go decisions. Identify testing risks dependencies and bottlenecks while proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes governance and delivery quality. What You Bring to the Table: 68 years of experience in Software Testing Quality Assurance Test Coordination or Test Management. Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Test Lifecycle Management. Extensive hands-on experience managing BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) activities. Proven experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs. Strong stakeholder management communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Expertise in test planning test execution defect management and reporting. Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience working within large complex enterprise environments. Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. You Should Possess the Ability to: Drive testing activities independently while maintaining alignment with program objectives. Coordinate effectively with business users project managers developers vendors and leadership teams. Manage multiple testing streams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Analyze testing risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Communicate testing progress risks issues and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Lead defect management processes and facilitate issue resolution across teams. Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans test cases execution results and quality metrics. Support critical release and deployment decisions through structured testing insights and reporting.
