Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end automation testing strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium.
- Build and maintain automated test scripts for Web Mobile and API testing.
- Manage regression suites and integrate automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
- Perform REST API testing SQL validation and web services testing (REST/SOAP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Track defects coordinate testing activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support automation best practices.
- 10 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading automation framework development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Appium Java and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with Jenkins Maven qTest and CI/CD practices.
- Good knowledge of REST API testing SQL validation and automation scripting.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud and Agile DevOps environments.
- Experience working in banking financial services or large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Lead automation testing activities across multiple projects and teams.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.
- Manage defects testing schedules and quality deliverables effectively.
- Communicate risks and project concerns proactively to stakeholders.
