Senior Tender Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

What You Will Do

• Monitor internal and external tender platforms to identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Lead tender kick-off and review meetings to establish timelines responsibilities and deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate qualification criteria to support informed Go/No-Go decisions.
• Develop and manage tender action plans including documentation requirements key milestones and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the tender process to ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Communicate tender status risks timelines and critical updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collect review and manage all required tender documentation to ensure complete and compliant submissions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the tender content library and tender forecasting reports to support business planning and reporting.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management bid management contracts or a related commercial function.
• Fully fluent Dutch language proficiency.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience managing end-to-end tender processes including opportunity identification qualification submission and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Administration Economics Law or a related field.
• Experience working within healthcare medical technology life sciences or a regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organisation.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: 48.600 - 90.300 EUR Annual
