Job Summary

As a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager you will:
  • Own end-to-end delivery coordination for ServiceNow projects and initiatives within the assigned hub
  • Act as the single point of contact for architects delivery teams and stakeholders for project coordination resource planning scheduling and escalations
  • Manage project scope delivery timelines dependencies risks and issues to ensure successful execution
  • Drive ServiceNow project delivery activities including planning execution tracking and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs delivery commitments and utilization targets
  • Coordinate resource allocation capacity planning and onboarding activities for delivery teams
  • Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning backlog management stand-ups and delivery tracking
  • Collaborate with technical teams architects business stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor project progress and provide governance reporting dashboards and delivery insights
  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across ServiceNow delivery processes
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8 years of experience in project management delivery management or ServiceNow project delivery environments
  • Strong experience managing ServiceNow projects including delivery scoping coordination and execution
  • Hands-on experience with risk management issue resolution escalation handling and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and ways of working
  • Experience managing sprint planning backlog prioritization capacity planning and delivery tracking
  • Experience with ServiceNow PPM PMO reporting and governance tools
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITAM ITOM and CSM is preferred
  • Understanding of NowAssist capabilities within ServiceNow is an added advantage
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Lead ServiceNow delivery initiatives and ensure successful execution against business objectives
  • Manage project risks dependencies and escalations in a structured manner
  • Coordinate effectively between architects delivery teams and stakeholders
  • Drive Agile practices and support teams in achieving delivery goals
  • Provide clear reporting and visibility into project status utilization and SLA performance
  • Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making across teams
  • Work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
