We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CS implementation and functional processes complemented by experience with SAP XFT.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders cross-functional teams and technical teams to gather requirements design solutions support testing and provide functional guidance throughout the implementation and post-go-live lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of SAP CS implementation experience and strong knowledge of service repair warranty installed base billing and maintenance processes.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
• Prepare solution designs and detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Coordinate and support testing activities including:
  • Unit testing
  • Integration testing
  • Regression testing
  • Test automation
• Support defect analysis and resolution during testing.
• Provide functional support and guidance to business users during hypercare and post-go-live.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Support customized SAP processes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation and solution-related deliverables.
• Coach and guide other team members where required.

The consultant should understand the dependencies and data flows between SAP CS and related modules and be able to work effectively with technical teams on integration requirements.

The candidate should also have strong functional experience with SAP XFT including:

• Gathering and analyzing XFT business requirements.
• Translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Preparing solution designs.
• Preparing RICEF specifications for XFT requirements.
• Working with technical teams during development and implementation.
• Supporting testing and issue resolution.
• Ensuring XFT solutions align with broader SAP business processes.

• 810 years of overall SAP experience.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP CS service processes.
• Strong understanding of service notifications service orders repair orders warranties contracts and installed base.
• Strong knowledge of DIP / Resource Related Billing.
• Experience with repair refurbishment maintenance and modification processes.
• Experience with multi-level installed bases.
• Knowledge of consignment processes.
• Strong SAP CS integration experience with SAP SD MM PS and XFT.
• Experience working with customized SAP processes.
• Knowledge of timewriting processes.
• Strong SAP XFT functional experience.
• Ability to gather requirements and prepare solution designs and RICEF specifications.

Strong SAP XFT experience and knowledge of integrations with SD MM and PS will be particularly valuable.
