Youll be joiningCorporate & Institutional Banking where we partner with large corporations financial institutions and public sector clients to deliver tailored banking solutionssupporting complex financing risk management and international growth in a fast-moving global marketplace. Within thisGlobal Network Banking (GNB)connects corporate clients with international opportunities across50 markets providing consistent coverage across the network and contributing significant revenue to the the Netherlands youll join a team of15 relationship bankersin a branch of around70 employees with an open and diverse environment representing20 nationalities.

In this role youll manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with international needsbuilding trusted relationships and connecting them to HSBCs global capabilities and product expertise.

What youll do:

Youll help internationally active clients in the Netherlands grow across borders by connecting them to HSBCs network and specialist capabilities. Youll also shape and expand theChina Corridorproposition locally working closely with colleagues across markets to deliver timely high-quality client outcomes.

In this role you will:

• You will manage a portfolio as the primary client contact.
• You will grow revenues through portfolio expansion and new clients.
• You will coordinate China Corridor coverage and client requests.
• You will partner with product teams to deliver joined-up solutions.
• You will manage credit risk and portfolio health within appetite.
• You will oversee onboarding and keep client data up to date.

You should apply if you have:

• Relationship management skills with internationally active corporate clients.
• Business development skills (pipeline management and origination).
• Ability to translate client needs into multi-product solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication including presentations.
• Risk and control mindset (governance and internal controls).
• Strong analytical documentation and structuring capability.
• Fluent English and Mandarin language capability.

What youll get in return:

The pay range for this role is 90000 - 115000
