As a Senior Platform & Developer Experience Engineer within the PMSO team you are at the heart of Allianders digital transformation. As System Operations shifts towards Grid-As-A-Service (GaaS) deployed on top of the Siemens GridScaleX (GSX) your primary mission is to evolve and re-architect our delivery mechanics maximize developer velocity embed seamless pipeline security and build the scaffolding that enables microservices to ship safely at scale.

While PMSOs dedicated observability specialists focus on Elastic OpenTelemetry and APM analytics you will guide the Platform Engineering DevSecOps and Release Automation side of the equation. You will operate with a high degree of technical autonomyshaping delivery architectures building local developer tooling and helping shape future multi-DSO scaling models.

Based on a 40-hour workweek you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between 5.4166- and 67737- (scale 10) depending on your knowledge and experience

• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary including holiday allowance;

• 24.5 days holiday per year which can be topped up generously from your IKB;

• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December;

• a Sustainable Employability (SE) budget of 700 per year for your wellbeing and development;
