Senior Oracle Aconex Techno-Functional Consultant

As a Senior Oracle Aconex Techno-Functional Consultant you will: Lead the implementation and transformation of Enterprise Document Management System (eDMS) solutions using Oracle Aconex Configure and customize Oracle Aconex to support document management collaboration and project delivery requirements Set up project templates project rooms organizational structures user roles permissions and project-level configurations aligned with client standards Design and configure metadata structures Master Document Registers (MDR) document classification and governance frameworks Configure document workflows review matrices approval processes and document lifecycle management using Aconex Document Process Develop and implement integrations using Oracle Aconex APIs to automate business processes and connect with enterprise applications Integrate Oracle Aconex with platforms such as Revit SharePoint and other enterprise systems Perform bulk import and export of metadata placeholders users documents and configuration data Translate business requirements into scalable Aconex configurations and API-driven technical solutions Ensure solutions comply with Common Data Environment (CDE) principles governance policies audit requirements and document management best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders project managers architects and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide technical guidance user support troubleshooting and continuous improvement throughout the eDMS transformation program What You Bring to the Table: 10 years of experience implementing and supporting Enterprise Document Management Systems (eDMS) Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex in a techno-functional consulting role Expertise in Oracle Aconex configuration administration and project setup Strong experience with Aconex APIs for integrations automation and enterprise connectivity Experience configuring Documents Document Process Review Matrix Models Mail and Packages modules Strong understanding of metadata management Master Document Register (MDR) document classification and governance frameworks Experience integrating Oracle Aconex with Revit SharePoint and other enterprise applications Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles document control governance and audit compliance Strong understanding of enterprise document management processes within engineering construction infrastructure or capital projects Excellent analytical communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills You Should Possess the Ability To: Lead enterprise Oracle Aconex implementation and transformation initiatives Configure scalable document management and collaboration solutions Design secure compliant and efficient document workflows and governance processes Translate business requirements into configurable Aconex solutions and API-based integrations Collaborate effectively with business users technical teams and project stakeholders Drive automation process optimization and continuous improvement across document management operations Deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and governance requirements What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Aconex and eDMS transformation initiatives Exposure to complex engineering construction and infrastructure document management programs Collaborative environment working alongside business engineering and technology teams Opportunity to work with modern enterprise integration and automation technologies Continuous learning opportunities and professional growth within a high-performing project environment Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
