Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Ops Engineer to ensure the availability reliability and operational excellence of critical internet-facing commercial banking systems. You will support and monitor all environments of the Order Manager platform driving automation testing and continuous improvement across CI/CD and Azure-based deployments.
This role requires strong technical expertise excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively within a large corporate environment while remaining hands-on and independent.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and reliability of major internet-facing commercial banking systems.
- Monitor support and optimize all environments of the Order Manager platform.
- Drive automation and testing to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Deploy review and manage Azure-based infrastructure and repositories.
- Build maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for production-grade banking applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large corporate environment.
- Apply Agile concepts to daily operations and project delivery.
- Analyze complex issues summarize key insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work in a hybrid model (1 day onsite in Amsterdam).
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure (deployments repositories code reviews).
- Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Banking industry experience supporting production systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in large corporate environments and independently when needed.
