As a Senior ManagerwithintheValuationsteamyouwillprovideourclients in awiderange ofindustriesadvicethatenablesthemtomakebetterdecisionsin oroutsidea deal context. Forexampleperformingvaluationsforclientsthatarebuyingorsellinga businesshelpingcompanies instrategicdecision-makingsupportingtheclient inoptimisingthevaluepotentialoftheirbusinessandpost-deal servicessuchasPurchasePriceAllocations(PPA)andimpairmenttests.

Youvaluecompanies inpre dealsituations orothersettingsrequiringimportantdecisionmakingforaccountingpurposes(suchas PPAimpairmenttest) or in alegalortaxcontextforexampleaninternalreorganization.Furthermoreyouwillwork on businessmodelling.Youwillworktogetherwithmanyotherdisciplineswithinthedealcyclesuchas: M&Astrategyduediligence corporatefinanceandcarveout orintegration.Ourclients rangefromlarge multinationalstomidrange clients.Ourteam hasseveralindustryteams.

Inyourroleas asenior manageryouwilltake a lead indailymanagement oftheprojectandyoucontributetobusiness developmentandcoaching junior team members ontheengagement.Youwillalsobeleadingclientconversationsduringengagements.Wewillguideandcoachyouinyourdevelopmenttobecomeanexpert inyourdisciplineandmakenextsteps inyourcareersthroughactivecoaching.

Inyourdailyjobyouwillwork on:

• Thepurchaseor sale ofanenterpriseor business unit:whatisanenterpriseworthwhatarethesynergybenefitsandwhatis asensibleprice;

• Financial statement analysis (post-deal):performingand/orreviewingPurchasePriceAllocationsafterclosingthetransactionandprovidingsupportwiththeannualimpairmenttestingprocedures;

• Valuationsin amergersandacquisitionssetting;

• Drawingupandassessingof financialprojections;

• Valuecreationanalysis:whydoesanenterpriselagbehindthecompetitionandhowcanadditionalvaluebecreated;

• ESGvalueimpact analysis:whataretherisksandvaluecreationopportunitiesrelatedtoESGtopics;

• Construction of M&Aandvaluationmodelsforclientswhichtheywillusetomakedecisionsandcontinue monitoringtheperformance of a businessaftera transaction;

• Valuationsfordisputesbetweenpartiesforexampleas aresultofanarbitrationorlitigation;

• Taxstructuring:throughvaluedeterminationandmodellingprovidinginsightsintothefinancial impact ofvarioustaxdecisions.

You recognize yourself in this

Youare readyfora next step inyourcareerandyouhave atleastfiveyearsofexperienceinvaluationsor in a corporatefinance/ developmentrole.Youare readytomakeanimpactwithyouradvicebasedonyourbusinessacumenandfinanceknowledge.Youare a teamplayerandyoulovetowork onseveralprojectsatthesametime.Furthermore:

• Youhave amasters degree in finance(Business)Economics Business AdministrationEconometrics (Industrial) EngineeringActuarialStudiesor atechnicalstudy.Ifyouhave adegreeinanotherdisciplineandhaveanaffinitywiththefielddescribedabove wealsoencourageyoutoforthisposition;

• Youhave atleast5yearsofworkingexperiencewithinthevaluationsor corporatefinance/ deals environmenteitherin a Big 4valuationboutiqueor Corporate Development team;

• Valuationsknowledgeandexperiencewithfinancialmodelling;

• YouhavegoodEnglishlanguageskillsknowledgeoftheDutchlanguageis a plus.
