About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data engineering and enterprisegrade application development. This role requires a blend of deep technical capability architectural thinking and strong collaboration skills. You will work closely with IT architects business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into robust IT solutions and drive the roadmap for longterm platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives using MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data structures and advanced data integration patterns.
• Design and implement solutions using XQuery XSLT XML XSS JavaScript and related technologies.
• Align application development with business requirements ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with IT System Architects and business teams to define risks guidelines and solution approaches.
• Conduct workshops to translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.
• Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
• Contribute to the definition of the IT roadmap shaping epics and features for both shortterm and longterm delivery.
• Work with DevOps tools such as GitLab JFrog Terraform Helm and support CI/CD best practices.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring team members and ensuring highquality engineering standards.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong technical expertise with MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data modeling and data integration.
• Handson experience with XQuery XSLT XML XSS JavaScript.
