Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data engineering and enterprise-grade integration. This role requires strong architectural thinking hands-on development capability and the ability to collaborate closely with IT architects business teams and multi-disciplinary delivery groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development initiatives using MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data modeling and advanced data integration patterns.
- Design and implement solutions using XQuery XSLT XML XSS JavaScript.
- Align application development with business needs ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
- Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Collaborate with IT System Architects and business teams to define risks guidelines and solution approaches.
- Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
- Contribute to the definition and creation of the IT roadmap shaping epics and features for both shortterm and longterm delivery.
- Work with DevOps tools such as GitLab JFrog Terraform scripts Helm and support CI/CD best practices.
- Provide technical leadership mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality engineering standards.
Essential Skills
- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong technical expertise with MarkLogic NoSQL multimodel data modeling and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with XQuery XSLT XML XSS JavaScript.
