Senior Demand Process Manager (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Own and continuously improve the Demand Management process ensuring requests are captured governed and progressed consistently across your assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the complete demand lifecycle reviewing incoming requests for completeness guiding stakeholders through governance and maintaining high-quality portfolio data in Jira.
• Facilitate governance and decision-making by organizing demand review meetings preparing decision materials documenting outcomes and ensuring actions are followed throughwhile never owning the business decisions themselves.
• Provide portfolio transparency through dashboards KPI reporting and demand pipeline insights helping leadership identify trends bottlenecks and planning risks.
• Drive process and tooling improvements enhancing workflows templates and governance standards to create an efficient scalable and user-friendly demand management framework.

Qualifications :

About you:

• You bring 5 years of experience in Demand Management Portfolio Management PMO or Process Management within a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• You have experience working with Jira (or comparable portfolio management tools) and understand how governance processes support effective planning and delivery.
• You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes challenging incomplete requests constructively and ensuring stakeholders can navigate governance with confidence.
• You value collaboration across business and IT and youre motivated by improving processes rather than owning business priorities or technical solutions.
