Senior Demand Planner

This role is for a senior demand planning professional who wants tooperateat corporate level and shape how demand planning works across Vanderlandes three business domains. You will play a key role in building a maturetransparentand integrated demand planning capability that supports tactical planning and the transition toward Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

The role

AsSeniorDemand Planner you own and strengthen demand planning across Airports Distribution and Warehousing (TAL). This is a corporate capability role in which you define standardsgovernanceand ways of working together with demand planners in the domains.

Youconsolidatedemand information from the three domains into one coherent corporate demand plan for the tactical planning horizon (618 months). You lead the demand review process manage assumptionsrisksand scenarios and ensure demand is translated into clear inputs for resourcesupplyand financial planning.

You are also a key contributor to Vanderlandes Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation ensuring demand planning is fully embedded in theendtoendplanning cycle.

Whatyoulldo

• Own and continuously improve the cross-domain demand planning framework including standardsKPIs governance and roles

• Consolidatedomain forecasts into one transparent and aligned corporate demand plan

• Define andmaintaina baseline forecast based on project pipeline firmdemandand master data

• Lead the cross-domain Demand Review creating a consensus unconstrained demand plan

• Identifyand manage demand risksopportunitiesand scenarios including assumption-based planning

• Improve forecast accuracy through structured root-cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Act as linking pin between Sales / CustomerCenters Domain Planning Supply Planning Resource Planning and Finance

• Build demand planning capability through coachingtrainingand community-of-practice support

• Represent demand planning in the IBP design and rollout

• Partner with Anaplan Power BI and ERP teams on data qualityanalyticsand planning transparency

What you bring

• 510 years of experience in demand planning S&OPor supply chain planning

• Experience in process design capability building or planning transformation

• Proven ability to work across multiple business units or domains in a matrix organization

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking comfortable planning under uncertainty

• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Ability to challenge assumptions whilemaintainingstrong partnerships

• Comfortable operating up to senior leadership andClevel

• Experience with Anaplan ERP/planning systems and Power BI is a strong plus
