As a Senior Data Engineer youll combine your advanced technical expertise with leadership skills to design develop and manage ETL solutions within a dynamic and scalable data warehouse environment. Youll play a role in driving the success of our data organisation ensuring technical excellence and contributing to impactful data integration solutions. What youll do:

• Design and develop efficient ETL pipelines and workflows ensuring the seamless ingestion and transformation of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks optimizing performance and implementing scalable solutions to meet future demands.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration while setting best practices for development.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance the data ecosystem and solve complex challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders including data scientists analysts and product managers to understand business needs and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
• Uphold high standards for data quality governance and security ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in defining the technical roadmap and aligning the data engineering strategy with broader organizational goals.
