Senior Business Controller

What will you do

• Act as the financial business partner foryourdomain supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze financial results and translate data into clear actionable business insights.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term planning processes for your areas of responsibility.
• Monitor andoptimizeP&L performance applying andoptimizingSaaS metricsa/o Serviceskpisidentifyingrisks and opportunities and proactively advising stakeholders.
• Proactivelysupportand challenge the business onSalesa/oServices performance both onunitand individual level.
• Challenge business assumptions and support initiatives that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Our ideal candidate combines strong financialexpertisewith business acumen and stakeholder engagement:

• Bachelor orMaster degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  510 years of experience in Business Controllingor a similar finance role.
  Strong foundationin finance and accounting with the ability to understand complex financial structures.
• Proven experience translating financial data into strategic business insights preferably within large multi-region organizations.
• Affinity with or experience in SaaS and services-based business models including recurring revenue project accounting and P&L dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge the business constructively.
• Proactive communicative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability tooperateindependently at a senior level while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Fluent in English;additionallanguages are an advantage.
