Senior Business Consultant – IBM Maximo EAM NL

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Maximo EAM to support the implementation optimization and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Maximo solutions support functional configuration and ensure successful delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Conduct functional workshops with business stakeholders.
• Configure and optimize IBM Maximo modules based on business needs.
• Support Maximo implementation and upgrade projects.
• Provide functional troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Recommend solutions based on Maximo capabilities and industry best practices.
• Support business process management and change management activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of Maximo functionality.
• Communicate effectively with business users technical teams and other stakeholders.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Maximo functional consulting.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM modules and capabilities.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade.
• Strong business requirements gathering and analysis skills.
• Experience conducting functional workshops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Maximo functional configuration.
• Understanding of business process management and change management.
• Familiarity with functional testing including Unified Functional Testing (UFT).

• IBM Certified Deployment Professional Maximo EAM certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Asset Management certification.
• Experience in utilities energy or manufacturing.
• Experience with cloud migration.
• Experience with data migration.
• Knowledge of integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting Maximo optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Maximo Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. They should be comfortable working independently with stakeholders while collaborating closely with technical and delivery teams.
