We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant / Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale asset management transformation program within the utilities sector. The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities translate business needs into actionable requirements and help ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value.

• Lead business analysis activities across a large-scale asset management transformation program.
• Gather analyze validate and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder discussions and decision-making sessions.
• Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders at different levels.
• Ensure proposed solutions remain aligned with business objectives and value realization.
• Support testing business readiness deployment planning and hypercare activities.
• Provide business input into solution design and influence decisions based on business value.
• Support change management and adoption activities throughout the transformation.
• Work effectively across Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery environments.

• 10 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Consulting.
• Extensive experience in asset lifecycle management preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
• Proven experience leading or contributing significantly to large-scale business transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering business process analysis and fit-gap assessment.
• Experience working with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving facilitation and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of asset management business processes and lifecycle management.

• Experience with digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of EU energy regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working with European utility clients.
• ITIL PRINCE2 SAFe or Agile certification.
• Familiarity with change management practices.
• Knowledge of plant design engineering / process environments.
