Job Summary

As a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will:

Implement configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on Succession and Development.
Gather analyze and document business requirements translating them into functional solutions.
Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations and enhancements.
Perform system testing support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve production issues.
Provide functional guidance troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
Ensure solution quality by following SAP best practices and project standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

6 of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development.
Experience working with SAP C/4HANA Service Cloud is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in configuration testing deployment and production support.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors best practices.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

You should possess the ability to:

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions.
Work collaboratively with business users technical teams and project stakeholders.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely project delivery.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
