About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong crossfunctional expertise in SAP QM and SAP Customer Service (CS). You will work closely with business stakeholders technical teams and crossfunctional SAP modules to design implement and support manufacturing quality and service processes in an S/4HANA environment.

This role is ideal for a consultant who has deep functional knowledge handson configuration experience and the ability to lead solution design in Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across PP QM and CS
• Document solution designs functional specifications and RICEF objects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Work with crossfunctional teams (CS PM PS MM XFT Technical Teams)
• Coordinate and execute Unit Integration Regression and Automation testing
• Support business users during hypercare and resolve operational issues
• Ensure smooth implementation of customized processes and S/4HANA enhancements

Required Experience & Skills

SAP Production Planning (PP) 7 Years

• Master Data: Materials BOMs Work Centers Resources Routings Product Versions
• Shop Floor Execution: Order creation scheduling capacity planning confirmations
• MRP configuration: Plant parameters controllers planning strategies lot sizing
• Discrete manufacturing: Maketostock & maketoorder
• S/4HANA experience ECC S/4 migration
• Crossmodule integration: CS PM PS MM
• Experience with customized PP processes
• Functional knowledge of SAP PEO SAP Fiori apps OData APIs roles & authorizations

SAP Quality Management (QM)

• Requirement gathering and functional analysis
• QM Notifications Inspections
• Preparing solution designs and RICEF requirements

SAP Customer Service (CS)

• Service Notifications Service Orders Repair Orders
• Warranties Service Contracts Installed Base
• Task lists consignment processes
• Outbound & return sales orders
• Thirdparty & inhouse repair processes
