We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) & SAP XFT Functional Consultant to join our team in Eindhoven. You will work closely with business stakeholders crossfunctional teams and technical teams to design implement and support SAP CS and XFT processes. This role is ideal for a consultant with strong functional expertise handson implementation experience and the ability to lead solution design in an Agile environment.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP CS and SAP XFT
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
• Document solution designs functional specifications and RICEF objects
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (SD MM PS CRM XFT)
• Coordinate and execute Unit Integration Regression and Automation testing
• Support business users during hypercare and resolve operational issues
• Work with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of customized processes

• Service Notifications Service Orders Repair Orders
• Warranties Service Contracts Installed Base Management
• Task Lists Consignment Processes
• Outbound & Return Sales Orders
• Thirdparty & Inhouse repair processes
• Dynamic Item Processing (DIP) / ResourceRelated Billing
